many 'myth's that surround Acne, and especially myths about the cause
of Acne. Probably the most well known is the myth that a Diet
high in saturated fats (French fries, chocloate) will cause
Acne flair ups. However, extensive scientific studies have not found a connection between diet and acne. In other words, food does not cause acne. Not chocolate. Not
French fries.
Nonetheless, some people insist that certain foods affect their acne. In that case, avoid those foods. Besides, eating a balanced diet always makes sense. However, according to the scientific evidence, if acne is being treated properly, there's no need to worry about food affecting the acne.

foods have proven not to effect Acne, a diet that is
high in vitamins, minerals and fiber will support a strong
immune system and will help the body fight off
infection and bacteria.
