3 – Poor Hygiene Causes Acne
In the past people have made claims stating that acne is
caused by poor hygiene. Many people took this to heart and
began to wash their skin vigorously and frequently and as an
end result people's Acne became worse. While excess oils, dead
skin and dirt on the surface of your skin may not look
pleasant they should not be removed by rough scrubbing of your
